TENX SEMI
TenX Semi (https://www.tenxsemi.com/) is pioneering the path toward true, superhuman chip design quality and productivity, moving far beyond design assistants. Built on the vision that design and verification must progress hand in hand, TenX Semi’s autonomous chip design tools and agents leverage “self-verify-and-fix” technology to dramatically shorten design timelines while simultaneously improving design quality.
By unifying AI with formal methods, TenX Semi automates the “self-verify-and-fix” loop: finding long-tail bugs, localizing root causes, and executing fixes. TenX Semi’s autonomous, sound, and complete verification uses proprietary end-to-end formal methods operating across the entire design’s cone of influence to uncover deep, system-level bugs that can be difficult for conventional tools to detect. Furthermore, the platform narrows down a bug’s root cause to a handful of signals, drastically reducing the context size before fixing issues autonomously. The platform scales effortlessly to handle designs with hundreds of millions of gates.
TenX Semi was founded by SukHwan Lim (former EVP Samsung US R&D S.LSI; senior leadership roles at Google and Apple), Subhasish Mitra (Stanford professor; advanced verification and AI-based chip design), and Shwetabh Verma (startup veteran; last company acquired by Cadence). The team brings together expertise across semiconductors, chip design, and frontier AI research. Full bios of the co-founding team are available here (https://www.tenxsemi.com/team).
