Camera-Ready Paper Submission

All accepted papers must submit a final camera-ready version through the HotCRP submission system.

Please note the following:

  • All final submissions must be uploaded through HotCRP. Email submissions will not be accepted.

  • A final submission is required, even if you do not intend to make any changes to your original submission.

  • Log in using the same HotCRP account you used to submit your paper.

  • Camera-ready papers may be updated until the final submission deadline.

ACM Templates

Authors must prepare their final manuscript using the latest ACM conference proceedings templates.

The templates are available on the ACM website: https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template

The camera-ready paper should be identical to the accepted version except for:

  • Adding author names and affiliations (for double-blind submissions)

  • Correcting typographical or formatting errors

  • Addressing revisions specifically requested by the reviewers

The following changes are not permitted after acceptance:

  • Paper title

  • Technical content

  • Results

  • Figures

  • Author list (other than revealing authors from the anonymous submission)

  • Major wording or formatting changes that alter the accepted paper

Before uploading the camera-ready paper, authors must complete the ACM eRights (copyright) form.

Upon submitting their eRights forms corresponding authors will receive a confirmation message that include the appropriate text and code to add to the title pages of their papers.

Proceedings and Page Limits

Accepted regular and invited papers may be up to six (6) pages, plus one (1) additional page of references, at no charge.

Authors may purchase up to two (2) additional content pages (excluding references) at $150 USD per page, for a maximum paper length of eight (8) pages plus one (1) page of references.
