| October 8 | Deadline to receive the special room rate at the DoubleTree Hotel $129.00 |
| October 22 | Exhibitor badge list due at MP Office to amys@mpassociates.com |
| November 8 | Tabletop set-up, 7:00 – 10:00am (all tables must be set by 10:00am) ICCAD Technology Fair, 10:00am – 6:00pm Tabletop dismantle, 6:00pm |
