| October 9 | Deadline to receive the special room rate at the DoubleTree Hotel |
| October 20 | Exhibitor badge list due at MP Office to amys@mpassociates.com |
| October 30 | Insert for attendee bag due to arrive at DoubleTree Hotel |
| November 2 | Tabletop set-up, 7:00 – 10:00am (all tables must be set by 10:00am) |
| November 30 | Attendee list sent to vendors |
